Conocida como "Torre de los ingleses" porque fue construída por residentes ingleses para celebrar 100 años de la Revolución de Mayo. Su nombre es "Torre Monumental" xq iba a ser una columna-monumento.

Desde ahí ves el edificó Kavanagh. El monumento a San Martin y a 200 metros la Villa más conocida de Buenos Aires. Fuerte contraste.
