Very lively area with many street performers and vendors. Beautiful views and architecture. Lots of people watching potential.

Plaza de Armas is a good park, there ain't too much green, instead, you can see a lot of buildings. It's a expensive place to eat, but there are some nice souvenir stores (the prices are ok)
