I enjoy the trip to Ankara Citadel for the nostalgia - the sarcophogi and the pieces of fountain mosaics which make up part of the inner walls just blow my mind. Lots of antique and bric-a-brac stores

A must see spot in OldTown, with great restaurants, souvenir shops and cosy cafes. There are some street musicians and craft selling people. Safe, nice, old, exotic.

Great scenery, nice old town, uphill and downhill alleyways with lots of boutique shops and cafes ... must do if you’re in Ankara for a few days !

After the renovation, Ankara Castle became a definetly must go place. You can find an amazing view of Ankara, lovely streets, old homes and much more.
